Formalized strategic planning for CGI’s non-MA Operations division. Performed operational reviews to optimize performance of CGI’s three non-MA subsidiaries. Evaluated insurance acquisition opportunities and facilitated stronger relationships with AAA clubs. Commerce was acquired by MAPFRE on June 30, 2008. Shortly thereafter, MAPFRE began unifying operations, planning and decision making to the Webster headquarters.
